St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center - South is looking for a positive and energetic Accounts Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Inputs services for Forensic Treatment Centers North/South and Hawthorn Children’s Psychiatric Hospital
• Process client billing for Forensic Treatment Centers North/South and Hawthorn Children’s Psychiatric Hospital
• Inpatient claims and EMOMED for Forensic Treatment Centers North/South
• Medicare Claims for Forensic Treatment Centers North/South and Hawthorn Children’s Psychiatric Hospital
• Process Healthlink bills for all 3 locations; Bill Medicaid for Forensic Treatment Center patients
• Responsible for maintaining Quest Lab reports for billing
• Codes revenue checks for Hawthorn Children’s Psychiatric Hospital

Eligibility:

• Knowledge of basic research methods related to financial transactions
• Knowledge of CIMOR and SAM II
• Ability to identify and resolve transactional issues
• 1-3 years of relevant experience (substitutions may be allowed)
